Our School Sponsor Banner Program allows local businesses to promote their company while directly supporting school athletics, clubs, and programs. These banners are displayed at school facilities such as baseball fields, softball fields, football stadiums, gymnasiums, and other campus locations, providing year-round visibility to families, students, and the local community.

All banners are printed on durable outdoor vinyl designed to withstand sun, wind, and weather, making them perfect for long-term display on fences, walls, and athletic facilities.

Banner Pricing

All sponsor banners are priced at $3.00 per square foot.

Example popular sizes:

• 2' x 6' Banner – $36
• 3' x 5' Banner – $45
• 4' x 8' Banner – $96

Custom sizes are welcome and will be calculated at $3 per square foot.

Important – School Authorization Required

This banner program is exclusively for school sponsorships.

Orders placed through this page will not be billed at checkout.

Instead, all banner orders are processed through a Net-30 invoice with the school's bookkeeper.

Before production begins, the order will be approved and green-lit by the school’s bookkeeper to ensure proper authorization and sponsorship approval.

Once authorization is confirmed, your banner will move into production.

Artwork Submission

When placing your order, please upload your banner print file.

Recommended file specifications:

• High resolution artwork
• Vector files preferred (AI, PDF, EPS, SVG)
• Minimum 150–300 DPI if submitting raster images
• Include your business name, logo, phone number, and website

If you do not have a banner design ready, our team can help you create a professional layout. We charge $15 for banner layout and design. This is a discounted rate for schools and cannot be used in other situations or business.
